Every class is curated to challenge your mind, body and stamina. In this class, think Running Man Variation drills but more fun! We dive into covering the floor powerfully while activating larger muscle groups like our abdomen, glutes, and calves. This is the perfect class for you if you’re looking for a challenge in taking up more space while challenging your muscles.
WEIGHTLESS DAY
Every class is curated to challenge your mind, body and stamina. In this class, I give you all my go-to footwork that embodies a smooth criminal. We dive into glides, t-steps, and so much more to captivated control and energy management. This is the perfect class for you if you’ve been wanting to spice up your shuffle flow with effortless execution while challenging your body and mind to stay calm and collected.
